Acquiring your tiny home through a rental-to-earn arrangement is conveniently structured with an initial payment of 60% upfront, followed by a weekly installment contractual period of min. three years.

How to pay?
If you haven’t already received a quote, please reach out to us. Upon your approval, we will promptly issue an invoice for 50% of the construction cost to initiate the building process.
What is your payment plan?
We provide a convenient payment plan with three installments for the delivery and setup of your tiny homes. For terms please refer to your quote which will outline the payment schedule according to the building project.
Do I need approval from council?
Tiny Homes mainly are classified as caravans, exempting them from the need for building permits. However, there are regulations regarding the duration they can stay on private land. At Tiny Mobile, our extensive experience with various councils allows us to guide you on compliance. We’ve deployed numerous units and recommend The Joey for its comprehensive features.
