How it works
What to expect working together

Step 2

We sort out all the paperwork

Next, we begin the paperwork for your Complying Development Certificate (CDC). This runs alongside the build and is typically approved within 90 days, depending on your location.

We work with you to get all the documentation in order

Our architect, town planner, and engineering partners handle the approvals, and we manage the entire process for you.

Step 3

We build your home and handle the installation from start to finish.

While the paperwork is in progress, we start manufacturing your home.

We order all materials and start building your home

We prepare your site, including the slab or piers

We install your home, typically within five business days.

We connect plumbing and electricity

We secure final approval and your Occupation Certificate

Frequently
Asked Questions

What makes you different from traditional builders?

We specialise in prefabricated homes.
These are homes that are partially built off-site in a controlled environment.

Because of how we build, the materials we use, and how we organise the process, we’re able to work with a wide range of clients, including those who are often not well served by traditional builders:

Remote areas
We work with clients all across Australia, from Sydney to Alice Springs, the Gold Coast, and regional WA, including locations where traditional builders are scarce or expensive.

Flexibility
Our homes are lighter and can be installed on piers. This makes them suitable for more challenging sites, such as sloped land or easements.

Price competitive
We are typically less expensive than traditional builds because we use standardised models and processes and require less labour, which is the most expensive part of any build.

Consistent build quality
We are not reliant on individual tradespeople. Instead, we rely on strong processes and engineering. We have refined this over the years, which allows us to deliver consistent, proven build quality.

How do approvals work for your homes?

Depending on your location, our homes are often eligible for fast-tracked approval through a Complying Development Certificate (CDC).

This means we’re not reliant on council certifiers and can work with private certifiers instead, which speeds up the process.

Everything is done properly and by the book to avoid any unwelcome surprises in the future.

What is the delivery timeframe?

With our standardised process, the majority of our homes can be manufactured and installed within 90 days of receiving your approvals.

Your delivery timing depends on your location and will be confirmed closer to the handover.

How does delivery and installation work?

This varies depending on your location. Some homes are fully built off-site, while others are partially built off-site and assembled on-site. This is largely driven by state regulations.

Depending on your location, we then work with local partners, such as plumbers and electricians, to connect your home to mains services.

Can I see your homes somewhere?

Absolutely! Give us a call to schedule a visit.

We also regularly attend trade shows, or you can book a stay in one of our customer-owned homes on Airbnb to experience it for yourself.
